By accessing and using the Eternal website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Eternal Inc. ("Eternal", "we", "us", or "our") provides this website and related services subject to your compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products and Services

Eternal designs and manufactures solar-powered health tracking devices. Our flagship product, Eternal Band, is a wearable health tracker that charges itself using ambient light.

Product specifications, features, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or service at any time.

3. Preorders and Payments

When you place a preorder for a Eternal product:

• You agree to pay the full preorder amount at the time of purchase
• Estimated shipping dates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed
• Preorders are fully refundable until your order ships
• We will notify you of any significant delays to your order

To request a refund, email info@eternal.xyz with your order receipt. Refunds will be processed minus payment processor fees.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping availability will be announced separately. Shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Product Use and Limitations

Eternal Band is designed for wellness tracking and is not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease. The device and accompanying app provide health insights for informational purposes only.

You should not rely on Eternal products for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice.

6. Warranty

Eternal products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from exposure to conditions beyond the product's specifications

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Eternal or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.
